As a Paramount Member, WHERE may I receive my flu or pneumonia vaccine? You may receive your flu or pneumonia vaccine from any provider that participates with Paramount who provides the flu and pneumonia vaccine.

• Kroger—all locations in Ohio and Michigan (check individual store locations for hours of administration)
• The Little Clinic (located in some Kroger locations)
• The Medicine Shoppe:
  7473 Secor, Unit C, Lambertville, MI.
  Walk-ins 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  Monday through Friday starting October 1, 2009.
• The Pharmacy Counter’s three Toledo locations:
  2655 West Central Avenue
  1515 South Byrne Road
  2701 Navarre Avenue
  Walk-ins during regular business hours, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
• Rite Aid Pharmacies—all locations in Ohio (check individual store locations for hours of administration; must be age 14 years or older)
