Paramount is working to provide a greater selection of services for its members. While working to enhance our network, it was also necessary to refine the current panel. Some of the major changes are outlined below:

• Bay Park Community Hospital opened for all services, effective November 2001. Therapy services have been provided since late 2000.
• St. Charles and Riverside hospitals will no longer be participating facilities as of July 2002.
• Morenci Health Center in Morenci, Michigan, was added providing radiology, laboratory and urgent care services.
• Thorn Health Center in Hudson, Michigan, was added providing radiology, laboratory and urgent care services.
• Blanchard Valley Regional Health Centers in Bluffton and Findlay, Ohio, were added providing emergency medicine services.
• During 2001, Paramount has added 105 physicians to the panel: Primary Care Physicians -- 49; OB/GYN -- 4; Specialists -- 52.
