We are proud to announce the results of our member satisfaction survey. The annual member satisfaction survey results using the Consumer Assessment of Health Plans Survey (CAHPS®) were recently released. The standardized survey was administered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, formerly Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA). The survey was from a random sample of Paramount Elite members with a response rate of 88 percent.
