Every year, a private survey company hired by Paramount and approved by the National Committee for Quality Assurance conducts the survey to find out what you think about Paramount Health Care. A large sample of members receives the survey, and the company follows up with a phone call if a member doesn’t complete and return the form.

You or someone you know may have been surveyed for CAHPS® before. If you’re included in the sample again this year, it’s OK to respond because we want to know about recent care and services. Paramount is proud of our members’ high response rate. We look forward to finding out what you think about us.
