Do you have insurance coverage with more than one company and find it confusing? Do you know which payer is the primary one? Let us help you.

Every year you will receive a coordination of benefits validation questionnaire. It is very important that you complete and return it to Paramount because we are required to remain compliant with federal and state regulations, and we cooperate with other insurance companies when members have coverage through more than one Plan.

To ensure that we process your claims accurately and timely, we need your cooperation. If you have a change in your coverage with another insurance payer, always call Paramount. We will be happy to update your information.
