Internally, only authorized personnel within our organization who need to service your account will see your information. As a condition of employment, these individuals are trained to properly handle personal information and must sign a certification statement annually attesting that they will abide by the terms of Paramount’s confidentiality policies. Providers and third parties who perform services on our behalf are also required to abide by the terms of a confidentiality agreement.

Paramount reserves the right to share your information as allowed by law. Federal law permits Paramount to use and disclose protected health information for treatment, payment and health care operations activities. Paramount will not use or disclose protected health information for any other purpose without your written authorization.
